i went to the dentist today for the first time since middle school.
i found out i have GINGIVITTTIS...................

made little mini lasganas! and sam made chocolate fondue and jello shots... it was delicious.







had friends over and did a gift exchange/white elephant and played a couple ridiculous board games.

just made some hazelnut coconut bread... tastes super good with nutella :D

i got to take a little tour of french pastry today with janice. and i got my acceptance letter! i just have to confirm my acceptance with a deposit. i signed up for fafsa last night but i don't get results back until next week... i'm a little nervous because i signed up so late. this is my first time doing fafsa so i had no clue how the process worked. i really wish i started earlier :( but i'm going to stay hopeful.
i loved everything bout the school and program. i love the location, the people, the hands on work. i'm a little intimidated but excited at the same time that i will be learning from such respectful chefs.
i've got A LOT to learn and i know it won't be an easy process.
i'm going to try my best and work really hard.

found this poem i wrote for my poetry class in hs. lol.


Once upon a time there was a boy named Harry.
He always made fun of a girl named Carrie.
He said she was ugly and fat,
and that she looked like a rat.
He thought he was all hot,
so him and Carrie always fought.
One day Harry wanted to trick Carrie.
Made her think he liked her so they would Marry.
Carrie fell hard for what he said.
Later Harry felt bad and knew he was dead.
He didn't know what to do,
very anxious and worried he grew.
He left it for awhile and played along anyway.
They acted married up until the end of May.
He couldn't take it anymore and told Carrie it was fake.
Carrie cried and realized it was all a mistake.
When Harry saw her cry,
He felt angered at himself and wanted to die.
He thought she's not that bad after all.
She's kind of pretty and looks like a doll.
He fell for her bad.
But Carrie was too mad.
He started to love her,
But her feelings were stir.
She never forgave him.
And so Harry's life became dim.
He used to be a happy guy,
Now his life is devasted just because of that one lie.
Moral of the story is to not judge.
Your life may change and make people have a grudge.

i remembered doing this in the class before. lol. i always half assed all my assignments and projects. i seriously SKATED through highschool.
